What's included in Free?

One user and one active project, with the core features and accounting integration. Free is a permanent plan with no time limit, not a trial.

What's the difference between Free and Pro?

Pro gives you unlimited projects, room for up to 19 users and every feature: budgets, purchasing and inventory, labour costs, invoicing, project profitability, cash flow and Profit Loop.

How does the free Pro trial work?

Try every Pro feature free for 14 days. Invite your colleagues and test ProfitTracker on your own projects. You don't need a credit card to start.

What happens after the trial?

You decide whether to continue with Pro. If you don't choose Pro, you can carry on using Free within that plan's limits. We never start a paid subscription unless you've chosen one.

How do payment and invoicing work?

Pro costs NOK 249 per user per month billed annually, or NOK 311 billed monthly, excl. VAT. Annual plans are paid by invoice and monthly plans by card. Monthly billing has no minimum term, and new users are charged pro rata. Norwegian customers pay in NOK; international customers can pay in EUR, USD or GBP.

Who counts as a user?

Everyone who logs in to ProfitTracker.

Can we upgrade or change our subscription?

Yes. You can move from Free to Pro whenever you like. Get in touch if you want to change an existing subscription.

What happens at 20 or more users?

Enterprise applies, with custom pricing. Contact us and we'll prepare a quote based on your number of users and your needs.

How does the accounting integration work?

ProfitTracker connects to Tripletex, PowerOffice Go, Xero or QuickBooks Online, on both Free and Pro. Customers and suppliers are kept up to date between the systems, and invoices you create in ProfitTracker are transferred to your accounts. See the integrations
